PURCHASE/BREEDING AGREEMENT

1. Upon purchase of a pet , you will be given all papers for you to register your puppy with ACA or AKC.
2. You have full rights show your dog. We do not give any guarantees on showing.
3. We do not guarantee your puppy size or coloring as adult. We can only give an estimate on size and coloring. 
4. Upon arrival of your puppy to its new home, you have 72 hours to get your puppy vet checked. If not completely satisfied with the exam, return the puppy immediately & we will give you a replacement puppy, if available or refund of purchase price only.
5. We can not be responsible for viruses after you have exposed your puppy to a new environment. (i.e., innfluenza, parvo, pneumonia, etc.).
6. We worm our puppies but that is not to say they are worm free, this is an on going treatment for all puppies and dogs. Worm treatment is your responcibility, we have started treatment, you need to take stool samples to your vet according to your vets recommedation.
7. We guarantee the health of our puppies for congenital or hereditary disorders for 1 year. If detected by vet & documented, return the puppy and we will refund your money or give you another puppy of same value if available.
8. We are not responsible for any vet bills you may wish to incur.
9. Puppies will have a bag of puppy food it is eating sent along with you.
10. Check with your vet for the next set of vacs.
11. To hold a puppy please print this out and send with a $250.00 non-refundable holding fee.
